Diverse Group of Skills
What stood out most was the team’s genuine eagerness to teach. I was trusted with hands-on opportunities that built my confidence early on, and I always felt like a valued part of the care team. The culture here is one of collaboration, respect, and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my journey, and I would be thrilled to work alongside this amazing group in the future.

Diverse Group of Skills
Being an SRNA in DPI facilities has been an excellent and rewarding experience. The wealth of knowledge gained from working alongside a diverse group of skilled CRNAs has been truly invaluable. The anesthesiologists are not only highly knowledgeable but also charismatic and approachable, creating a supportive environment where students are encouraged to grow. DPI staff enable us to practice advanced skills while providing expert guidance and mentorship every step of the way. My time with DPI has greatly enhanced my clinical training and confidence as a future CRNA.

Invested in My Success
From day one, I felt welcomed into a collaborative and supportive learning environment where both CRNAs and anesthesiologists were invested in my success. The variety and complexity of spine procedures there provided me with invaluable hands-on experience, allowing me to sharpen my technical skills and clinical judgment. What sets this hospital apart is not just the high standard of patient care, but also the culture of teamwork and mentorship. The anesthesia team create a safe and encouraging space for students to learn, ask questions, and grow into independent providers.

Full Skills Training
The experiences and education I received were some of the best from throughout my entire clinical journey. The staff at each hospital, including the anesthesiologists, were encouraging and supportive while pushing me to improve both my clinical skills and knowledge base. I had opportunities to perform skills to the full extent of CRNA practice, including a variety of regional blocks, spinals and epidurals, and arterial lines. Overall, my time at both DPI locations was incredibly positive and ultimately the reason why I decided to join DPI after graduation.

Approachable
I have been a DPI employee for over 11 years. The owners are not just uninvolved managers, they are our coworkers. This makes communicating problems and new ideas much easier. They are very approachable which is a unique experience with most companies. We treat each other with respect and courtesy. We are very willing to work as a team and help other team members out. The group promotes family as well as high quality health care. We always put our patients first, but we strive for quality of life as well. With DPI, you have the opportunity to work as much or as little as you would like.

Excellent Communicators
My rotation at Cartersville was one of the most transformative and rewarding experiences of my clinical training. As a senior SRNA seeking autonomy and the space to strengthen critical decision-making, this site exceeded every expectation. The CRNAs were an invaluable asset—perhaps the best-kept secret in my training. They cultivated a supportive environment that encouraged independence, sharpened clinical reasoning through differential diagnoses, and challenged me to commit to decisions while reflecting on outcomes. Their guidance pushed me beyond my comfort zone in the best possible way, ensuring that no aspect of my growth as a clinician was left unfinished.

Excellent Communicators
As a new graduate CRNA from MUSC, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to train with DPI during my clinical rotations. My experience as a student at DPI sites was outstanding and played a major role in my decision to join Roper Berkeley as my first CRNA position. My CRNA preceptors at Roper Berkeley and Bon Secours St. Francis were consistently supportive, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. They took the time to explain concepts thoroughly, provide constructive feedback, and ensure I was gaining both the clinical reasoning and hands-on skills needed to succeed. The positive learning environment also made me feel comfortable asking questions, which helped me grow in confidence and maximize my learning experience. I am truly thankful for the mentorship and guidance I received from the DPI team and look forward to beginning my career alongside such a collaborative and dedicated group of professionals.

Strengthens Clinical Readiness
My time with DPI as an SRNA prepared me well for work as a CRNA in private practice. The group fostered both independence and support, allowing me to grow as a student. During my rotation at the Orthopedic Surgery Center, I gained extensive hands-on experience with regional blocks and perioperative management of patients. At the NeuroMedical Center, I further developed as an anesthesia provider and learned to accel in a fast-paced private practice setting. These experiences strengthened my autonomy and clinical readiness as a graduate clinician.

Invested in Development
DPI Anesthesia at Cartersville was an incredible rotation. The team of anesthesia providers were all so intelligent, kind, and knowledgeable. The CRNAs and physicians both put time and effort into my development as a future nurse anesthetist. Everyday there was a new lesson to be learned, or skill to fine tune. It was one of a handful of clinical sites where I felt welcomed as a student by all members, and I can only describe my last rotation there as a feeling of coming home. If I ever return to work in Georgia, I hope to work with their group.

Quality Training
I am truly grateful for the mentorship, patience, and expertise shared with me throughout my rotation. This rotation allowed me to gain unique insight into the anesthesia considerations and the meticulous teamwork required. The lessons and skills I developed learning from DPI Anesthesia members will stay with me throughout my career, and I will carry forward the example of professionalism, excellence, and compassion demonstrated daily by this anesthesia team.
